What materials and types of cups can your production line run?

Our cup production lines are designed for the ultimate versatility. They are set up to run many materials, which allows you to make everything from rigid plastic drink cups, clear dessert containers, to eco-friendly biodegradable cups.

How much automation is required and how much management is required with the line?

This is a fully automated, turnkey system that requires minimal operator interaction. Once you load the raw material onto the equipment and program the settings individually using the centralized Human-Machine Interface (HMI), the line will automatically mold, trim, count, and package your cups. Generally, you only need 1 or 2 operators that monitor the full system and replenish the raw supply, and check to ensure there are no issues with the packaged output.
